Volunteers Needed for Annual Ditch Cleaning
We need volunteers for our annual ditch cleaning on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 10 am. Contact LD Smith for more information or email GreelinksMiddletonHOA@gmail.com.
Volunteers Needed April 6
On Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 10:00 am we need volunteers to help clean out the ditch in preparation for landscaping water to begin to run. If you’re interested please contact LD Smith at Boisesmith2197@msn.com or +1 (208) 830-7390.
We expect to complete the job in about 4 hours, give or take a little. Remember, many hands make for light work.
Upcoming Annual Homeowners Meeting
Our annual Homeowners meeting is coming up on March 14, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Fire Station meeting room. Please join us so we can update you on everything your Board of Directors has been working on. Also, there will be two positions open on the Board (1 resignation and 1 has served her 3 year term) so we will be voting on Directors.
Annual Dues
Invoices for this year’s annual dues will be sent out in March and will be due April 15, 2024.
Looking for Input
Your Board has been busy this last year with numerous issues. Next on deck is updating our governing documents (By-laws and CC&Rs) to be consistent with each other and Idaho state law. If you have suggestions for changes please e-mail us your thoughts (see “Contacts Us” tab.)
