Upcoming Annual Homeowners Meeting
Our annual Homeowners meeting is coming up on March 14, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Fire Station meeting room. Please join us so we can update you on everything your Board of Directors has been working on. Also, there will be two positions open on the Board (1 resignation and 1 has served her 3 year term) so we will be voting on Directors.
Looking for Input
Your Board has been busy this last year with numerous issues. Next on deck is updating our governing documents (By-laws and CC&Rs) to be consistent with each other and Idaho state law. If you have suggestions for changes please e-mail us your thoughts (see “Contacts Us” tab.)
