Community CC&R Discussion regarding Backyards

We are continuing the process of re-writing our CC&R’s to correct errors, suit the needs of the majority of our homeowners and bring them up to date.

We understand there are a lot of opinions on what the CC&R’s should/should not state so we are going to have several meetings to discuss various topics as we re-write these CC&R’s, limiting each meeting to 1-2 topics.

We are planning to meet on October 14th from 6-8 pm a the Middleton Fire Department to discuss backyards and side yards, including buildings, fences, parking, landscape, etc.   As stated earlier, this will be the first of several meetings so this meeting will be dedicated to the discussion of backyards only.

We encourage all Greenlinks Community homeowners to attend this meeting to give their feedback and opinions as to what should be included in our CC&R’s where our backyards are concerned.  Please plan to attend if you can and bring your thoughts and ideas.
