The board will be meeting at the Middleton Fire House at 6:30 PM to review the CC&R's and suggested edits from the feedback meetings.

We have moved our 2nd annual yard sale to be the weekend of April 24-25 (Friday/Saturday) in hopes more homes will be able to participate.  If you are interested in holding a yard/garage sale either or both days please reach out to Corinna Mink to be included in the announcement and advertising. The board will meet at the Middleton Firehouse at 6 PM to start the CC&R revisions, using the notes we took from the many feedback meetings we held earlier this year.  This is an open meeting and home owners are welcome to attend.
