Saturday, April 4th, 2026 - Steve Salisbury will be picking up yard recycling to dispose of at Timbercreek Recycling Center. 2026 2nd annual yard sale – NEW DATES
We have moved our 2nd annual yard sale to be the weekend of April 24-25 (Friday/Saturday) in hopes more homes will be able to participate. HOA CCR Revision working meeting
The board will meet at the Middleton Firehouse at 6 PM to start the CC&R revisions, using the notes we took from the many feedback meetings we held earlier this year. This is an open meeting and home owners are welcome to attend.
