CC&R Revision meeting – May 19th
The board of directors will meet at the Middleton Firehouse May 19th, 2026 from 6-8 PM to start the revision of the CC&R’s, using the feedback we received during the feedback meetings earlier in 2026.
April 24-25, 2026 – Community Wide Yard Sale
We will be holding our 2nd annual community wide yard sale on Friday, April 24th and Saturday, April 25th. Interested house holds can have their sale either day or both days if you like. Signs will be posted at both entrances to our neighborhood. Participants encouraged to put out a sign in their yard to draw attention.

April 4th, 2026 – Landscape Recycling and Haul Off
Saturday, April 4th – Steve Salisbury will be picking up yard waste to take to Timbercreek Recycling between 8 AM and 2 PM. Absolutely no garbage and nothing in bags. Examples of waste that will be picked up: tree limbs/pruning, bushes and branches. Do NOT put in bags. Waste will need to be on curb for pickup and arrangements need to be made with Steve Salisbury ahead of time, please call or text 208-409-6924
